Alicia lahir dan tumbuh dalam keluarga dengan tradisi Yahudi. Dia bersekolah di Crocker Middle School dan melanjutkannya ke San Mateo High School. Sayangnya, dia tidak menyelesaikan sekolah menegahnya.

Pada usia enam tahun, Alicia menjadi model dan ikut kasting iklan di salah satu stasiun televisi. Iklan pertamanya adalah Domino's Pizza, yang pada akhirnya menuntun Alicia pada kesuksesan bidang model dan advertising.

Mereka menikah pada tanggal 11 Juni 2005 di depan pantai di Lake Tahoe. Mereka lalu hidup di Los Angeles dengan rumah yang dilengkapi panel surya dan kebun sayur organik. 14 Januari 2011 Alicia dan Christoper dikaruniai anak laki-laki yang mereka beri nama Bear Blu Jarecki.
