Bahan:
100 g udang kecil, buang kepalanya
75 g buncis, iris serong halus
75 g wortel, iris halus
1 buah jagung manis, serut halus
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
Adonan Tepung:
100 g tepung terigu
2 sdm tepung beras
1 siung bawang putih, parut
½ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt baking powder
1 sdt garam
150 ml air

Cara membuat:

Adonan Tepung: Aduk semua bahan menjadi satu hingga kental.
Masukkan sayuran dan udang secara bertahap.
Goreng tiap sendok makan penuh adonan dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kering.
Angkat dan tiriskan.
Sajikan hangat dengan sambal kacang atau cabai rawit segar.
