These are appetizers that originate from the basic materials that can be fitted out with various topping which is usually served in a cold state.
Ingredients:
* 2 blocks silken tofu
* for toppings:
* katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)
* chopped green onion
* grated ginger
* for seasoning:
* soy sauce
* karashi mustard
Preparation:
Cut chilled tofu into halves and serve in individual bowls. Put grated ginger, dried bonito flakes, and chopped green onion on top of tofu as desired. Season with some soy sauce. Put some karashi mustard on tofu if you would like.
