Mengatasi Kulit Kering

Hal utama yang harus anda lakukan adalah membersihkan dengan pembersih yang lembut sekali sehari yaitu sebelum anda tidur malam. Pada pagi hari anda cukup membasuh wajah anda dengan air hangat lalu gunakan pelembab. Jenis kulit kering memang cenderung terlihat kusam, jadi anda harus lakukan proses pengelupasan atau peluruhan sel kulit mati seminggu sekali. Untuk melakukan proses ini, anda bisa memilih scrub yang butiran-butirannya kecil, halus dan lembut.

Sebaiknya anda hindari mengenakan scrub yang terdiri dari partikel garam maupun kacang-kacangan karena cenderung kasar sehingga mampu merobek permukaan kulit anda. Hal ini menyebabkan luka robekan di kulit ini juga dapat menjadi penyebab hilangnya kelembaban di kulit.

Jangan bersihkan kulit dengan air panas, maupun terlalu sering menguapi wajah karena akan menyebabkan kulit wajah semakin kering. Sebaiknya anda membersihkan wajah dengan susu pembersih dan tidak menggunakan penyegar yang mengandung alkohol.Jika anda menggunakan air untuk membersihkan wajah maka saat mengeringkannya dengan handuk jangan dikeringkan seluruhnya hingga kulit masih terasa lembap. Satu hal lagi, anda harus rajin mengkonsumsi vitamin E dan suplemen yang mengandung fatty acid seperti ekstrak ikan cod maupun alpukat.

Mengatasi Kulit Kusam

Jika anda mempunyai masalah dengan kulit yang kusam, anda dapat memanfaatkan kentang untuk mengatasinya. Caranya pertama-tama cuci bersih kentang lalu kupas dan parut. Lalu pakai sebagai masker wajah selama kurang lebih 5-10 menit, gosok pelan-pelan. Kemudian bilas dengan air dan cuci wajah dengan facial foam yang biasa anda gunakan.
